  • Varieties:

    Tempranillo and Graciano.

    Ageing:

    Aged for 30 months in French and American oak barrels. Racked every three months. Aged for a minimum of three years in the bottle.

    Harvest:

    Manual harvest during the second half of October.

    Vineyard:

    Selection of low-yielding old Tempranillo and Graciano vines planted on poor soils on the terraces of the Ebro River around San Vicente de la Sonsierra

    Winemaking:

    Produced in 30,000 kg vats. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 28ºC, and maceration lasts for 2 weeks.

  • Colour:

    Cherry red in color, bright, medium depth, and rim with light brick tones.

    Nose:

    High aromatic intensity, clean and frank. Complex on the nose with aromas of coffee, vanilla, roasted notes, and balsamic flavors integrated over an intense background of ripe fruit.

    Palate:

    Elegant and round, well balanced, velvety on the palate followed by pleasant acidity and a silky, enveloping finish with noble, ripe tannins. Long aftertaste with hints of spice, balsamic notes, and candied fruit.
